Luke and I used the seeds from our pumpkins to make an easy and yummy snack.
There are several different recipes online. Everything from seasoned seeds to your basic salted seeds.
We opted for the simplest recipe and just made salted pumpkin seeds.
We used this recipe here, and they turned out delicious!
I've been munching on them all morning.
