luke and i have been spending sometime at his parents house this week dog/housesitting, while they're away in mexico (so jealous, and can't wait for our honeymoon!). yesterday, we may or may not have gone to a local, and pretty darn authentic, mexican restaurant to pretend we're there with them. despite our childish jealousy, we've been having a lovely week so far. yesterday, i was in wedding mode, and worked on a few things. i practiced making tissue paper pom poms (omg what did i get myself into?!), as well as called a few vendors to clarify/book some last minute details.
today has been wonderful too! the sun is shining, the snow is melting, and it's almost fifty degrees outside! spring is in the air, and it is making me even more excited for the months to come! these are just a few pictures from our little walk with vader, his parents' ever so hilarious black lab.
tonight we're having dinner with a dear friend of ours, and we cannot wait!
