fitness monday // healthy snacks

a long, long time ago i had a feature on the blog called fitness monday. it was a pretty regular thing because, well, i was pretty healthy at the time. since moving in with luke, i've started eating like him, and have gained some rather unhealthy habits. i don't blame luke. it's not his fault that he can eat and eat and eat and not gain a pound. it's unfair, but it's not his fault. ;)

recently, i've been feeling a bit blah about myself. i've gained a little weight, but am still far from overweight, but i just don't feel like i'm at my best. with my wedding coming up in a few months, and the rest of my life ahead of me, i've been trying to eat a little bit less and quite a bit healthier. luckily, i have an amazing support system (a.k.a luke) who has been great. he's even dealt with me asking him to cut back on some of the unhealthier foods we usually have around. (love you for that, luke!)

my biggest problem is that i'm a snacker, though usually something small will satisfy me. so i've compiled a list of some foods that i try to keep on hand at all times to hold me over until my next meal. :)
