despite luke's serious grinchy-ness this year (
due mostly to the fact that i started listening to christmas music mid october november and he's sick of it) i bought one of those pre-made gingerbread house kits, and forced him to take part. we decided that we're a pretty awesome gingerbread building team. he frosts, i cover in candy, he frosts, i cover in candy, he frosts, i sneak a piece of candy and continue to cover in candy. it worked well. very efficient gingerbread house building skills, though our quality was less than perfect. it was very messy as you can tell by the large amounts of frosting oozing out the back of the decorating bag all over luke's hand. my favorite part was the little gingerbread man that came with. super freaking cute. <3
overall, a great holiday date night.
now we're watching it's a wonderful life. my favorite.
he's being very cooperative.
i love this man.
