getting back on track.

I've always thought that the summer months would be the time when I am the most active and healthy. Unfortunately for me, I've fallen off of the healthy ladder and I need some serious motivation. A few weeks ago I started a program called Kettleworx, and I really liked the workouts. I especially liked the fact that it wasn't super time consuming so it wouldn't be difficult to squeeze into my ridiculously busy work schedule. (That's for a completely different post. I'm sure all of you have noticed my lack of blogging motivation as well, being that most of my posts are just pictures. I'm even secretly craving the fall semester because it means I will have some form of routine back in my life. I need routine. I thrive off of routine.) Anyways, after a few weeks of doing really well my friends and I went camping which completely threw me off my health kick. I'm super disapointed in my self, and really want to get back into things. Yesterday at work I made a list of things I can do to make myself healthier. I decided to post it on here so that it can materialize in my life.

1. start Kettleworx over
2. eat breakfast everyday
3. walk/jog/rollerblade to Luke's instead of getting a ride
4. don't buy unhealthy snacks that will just tempt me
5. buy a gym pass once classes start
6. start doing workout classes again

These tasks may seem small for most, but for me, its where I need to start off. I'm going to continue to work on my fitness, and getting healthy again. I can always tell when I eat unhealthy food because I feel sluggish and my skin starts to break out. I can't wait to get back on track. I started today off with an egg, wheat toast, and a glass of crystal light raspberry green tea.

Hope everyone has a great day!!
