I pulled a "no-no"...
I have a confession to make. I may or may not have caved...and had Coldstone ice cream today. I'm so dissapointed, but I will say, that its deliciousness made up for its whopping 655 calories. AHH! Other than that today was pretty productive. I hit snooze twice this morning, after getting a horrible night of sleep. Some drunk idiot in our building decided to burn his food at 1:30 in the morning causing the fire alarms to go off, and for a huge fire truck to show up. I was so pissed off, and after standing outside in the cold for 20 minutes or so I was wide awake. So that definitely put a snag in my usual morning routine. It was really pretty outside today because the snow finally stopped and the sun was even out.
After I was done with classes I spent the afternoon with Laura and Megan. We ran to the mall to get a few things, and then came back to the apartment to watch a movie. Megan and I ran to the grocery store this afternoon, and I loaded up on healthy food for my new "diet." I usually don't like to go on/call them "diets" because I think it's more of a lifestyle change...but for now it's a diet. I read in the most recent issue of Glamour about their Body By Glamour program. You can go on the website to sign up for it for free. It gives you a personalized workout for what your problem areas are, and gives you a list of food you are "allowed" for week 1. I decided to give it a try and hope that it will keep me on track. Click here to see what foods I'm allowed this week. Aside from not being able to have bread or pasta, it shouldn't be too difficult.
Right now I'm watching "The Emperor's New Groove." I love this movie...so much. Seriously, it's hilarious. Oh, and I totally figured out what I'm going to make Luke for Valentine's Day dinner...Stir Fry and Brown Rice with tons of fresh veggies. :) I'm excited! I'll let you know what else we do afterwards because I'm not sure if he'll read this by then. Hope everyone has a good night. I'm hoping to do an all fitness post later in the week to let you all know how I'm doing!
