Fitness Monday!

So, I thought that this week for Fitness Monday, I would share a workout that my roommates and I have recently re-discovered. Tae-bo! It's from the late '90s, and was created by fitness trainer Billy Blanks. The outfits he wears are totally ridiculous, but the work out is great! I found the 8 minute workout on youtube, and figured I would share it with you! It's perfect for days when you don't have a lot of time, and would be an awesome way to start the day! Here it is:



I also thought I would address a few websites that I've discovered that can help you track what you eat and how much you work out. Some of them even give you workouts and meal plans! A few that I've checked out have been:

1. Body by Glamour
2. Self Challenge
3. Shape's Bikini Body Countdown

All three of these sites are excellent resources for staying fit. Especially since bikini season is right around the corner!
