2. Read a good book. I'm thinking I might read the next Stephanie Plum book by Janet Evanovich. They are incredibly funny, and I need some relaxation. {maybe involving a hot bath and some candles}
3. Go hiking. One of my favorite things to do when I go home is hiking. The scenery is breath-taking, and puts me in this incredible state of relaxation. Not to mention that it's a great way to burn a few of those extra holiday calories. ;) Plus, then I get to hang out with my dad. He loves hiking even more than I do.
4. Christmas shopping. I have only purchased ONE present so far. I've been seriously pushing that off. The last stressful part of the season. It needs to get done.
In addition to some much needed "me time" I will probably add a blog or two or five about my attempts at holiday baking, and hopefully my attempt at making Skinny Egg Nog, which is BY FAR my favorite holiday treat! :)
